We have the opportunity within our Spreads (Siqalo Foods) Division for a Production Shift Manager role. The role is based in Boksburg and will report to the Operations Manager.

The key purpose of this role is to operate a shift end to end, including making, packing, and palletising. The successful candidate will manage activities in the factory to achieve desired standards. The Production Shift Manager is responsible for delivering operational targets related to OSHE, Quality, Productivity, and Cost (Overtime, waste reduction). The role also involves maintaining a clean, safe working environment and striving toward continuous improvement.
