Our client is seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to lead their production planning and scheduling operations in Mahikeng. This strategic role is critical for ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely delivery of products, and optimal utilization of manufacturing capacity. You will be responsible for developing and executing production plans, coordinating with various departments, and implementing strategies to meet demand while managing costs and lead times. This position requires a strong on-site presence to effectively manage and coordinate the planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives.
Optimize production schedules to maximize equipment utilization and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Monitor production progress against plans, identifying and resolving any deviations or bottlenecks.
Implement and refine production planning systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
