The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management and 3–5 years of experience in production planning. This is an on-site position with regular hours and opportunities for professional development.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Production Planning Engineer to join their team in Soweto. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production floor by developing and managing effective production schedules. You will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to forecast demand, optimize resource allocation, and minimize production delays and costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex scheduling requirements within a manufacturing environment. This is an essential on-site role contributing directly to the company's output and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
