Qualification And Experience- Minimum of 5 years' experience in production planning with at least 3 years in a Senior managerial role within a furniture manufacturing or similar environment.
- Post graduate business qualification is desirable
- Experience within an Omni retail environment would be advantageous
- A history of achieving and delivering results within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in scenario and promotional planning
- Strong understanding of customer demographics
- In depth knowledge of planning process in Retail
Soft Skills Required- Excellent leadership, decision-making and team-building abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Technical Skills Required- Proficiency in ERP/MRP system
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling and capacity planning
- Familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes, including woodworking, upholstery and assembly
- Expertise in LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
