Production Planning Manager - Coricraft

Qualification And Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in production planning with at least 3 years in a Senior managerial role within a furniture manufacturing or similar environment.
• Post graduate business qualification is desirable
• Experience within an Omni retail environment would be advantageous
• A history of achieving and delivering results within a fast-paced environment
• Experience in scenario and promotional planning
• Strong understanding of customer demographics
• In depth knowledge of planning process in Retail

Soft Skills Required

• Excellent leadership, decision-making and team-building abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP system
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling and capacity planning
• Familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes, including woodworking, upholstery and assembly
• Expertise in LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
