You will be responsible for developing detailed production schedules, managing inventory levels, and collaborating closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Monitor production progress, identify deviations from the schedule, and implement corrective actions.

• Manage inventory levels of work-in-progress and finished goods to optimize stock.
• Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant departments (production, sales, logistics).

• Participate in sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in planning and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to production planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven experience with production planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle SCM, or similar ERP/MRP systems).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with S&OP processes is highly desirable.
