The Production Planner is responsible for managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing processes. This role requires collaboration with the Production Manager to meet deadlines, optimize workflow, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Planning: Develop and manage production schedules based on orders, resource availability, and inventory levels.
  2. Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage material and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or overstock.
  4. Reporting & Documentation: Track and report on production progress, delays, and performance metrics.
  5. Collaboration: Assist the production team in resolving issues and improving operational processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a production planning role, preferably in industrial equipment or machinery manufacturing.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in production planning software (ERP systems, Excel).
  3. Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  1. Experience in manufacturing environments requiring precision and safety.
