This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Production Planner (Master Production Scheduling and Shift Scheduler) and stand together for the future of flavor.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage production plans (MPS & Shift) using SAP and Excel to meet demand management requirements within inventory targets, OEE, allergen, cost, and efficiency constraints.
  • Distribute the production plan extracted from SAP/Excel in a timely manner to support MRP requirements.
  • Communicate effectively any constraints impacting demand or customer service.
  • Monitor and report on production plan adherence by SKU, and attend all production meetings.
  • Schedule new product launches and discontinuations efficiently, minimizing write-off exposure.
  • Maintain and clarify production parameters and data within SAP.
  • Maximize SAP utilization within production planning and scheduling.
  • Create ad hoc management reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Solid experience in supply chain roles working with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in material planning within FMCG companies, preferably in the food industry.
  • Degree in Industrial, Supply Chain, Business, or Accounting.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proactive contribution to customer presentations.
  • Experience managing and executing continuous improvement (CI) projects in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional, matrix structure.
  • Flexible, innovative problem-solver.
  • Exposure to ERP/SAP systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Desire to build a career in Supply Chain.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
