This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Production Planner

(Master Production Scheduling and Shift Scheduler) and "To Stand Together for the Future of Flavor".

McCormick & Company is a world leader in the spice, flavor, and seasonings industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Production planning (MPS & Shift) on SAP/Excel to timeously meet demand management requirements within inventory targets, OEE, allergen, cost and efficiency constraints.
2. Timeous distribution of the SAP/Excel extracted production plan to support MRP requirements.
3. Effective communication of any constraint impacting Demand/customer service.
4. Measurement and communication of production plan adherence by SKU, and mandatory attendance of all production meetings.
5. Scheduling new product introductions and product discontinuations in the most effective way, with minimal write-off exposure.
6. Clarification and maintenance of the production parameters and production data within SAP.
7. Maximizing the utilization of the SAP within production planning and scheduling.
8. Creation of ad hoc management reports as required.
9. Complying with all company regulations and procedures concerning Health and Safety.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Solid experience in a supply chain role working with customers, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders.
2. Practical experience of production planning in an FMCG company (preferably in the food industry).
3. Degree in Industrial/Supply Chain/Business/Accounting.
4. Proven leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
5. Excellent presentation skills and ability to proactively contribute to customer presentations.
6. Proven experience in managing and executing CI projects within a dynamic environment.
7. Cross-functional team player and able to operate effectively within a matrix structure.
8. Flexible approach & innovative problem solver.
9. Exposure to ERP/SC systems (SAP) and advanced level Microsoft Office (Excel).
10. Potential and desire to build a career within Supply Chain.
11. Flexibility in a complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
