Main Responsibilities
- Production planning (MPS & Shift) on SAP / Excel to meet demand management requirements within inventory targets, OEE, allergen, cost, and efficiency constraints.
- Timely distribution of the production plan extracted from SAP / Excel to support MRP requirements.
- Effective communication of any constraints impacting demand / customer service.
- Measurement and communication of production plan adherence by SKU, with mandatory attendance at all production meetings.
- Scheduling new product introductions and discontinuations effectively, with minimal write-off exposure.
- Clarification and maintenance of production parameters and data within SAP.
- Maximizing SAP utilization within production planning and scheduling.
- Creation of ad hoc management reports as required.
- Compliance with all company regulations and procedures concerning health and safety.
Candidate Profile
- Solid experience in a supply chain role working with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Practical experience of production planning in an FMCG company, preferably in the food industry.
- Degree in Industrial / Supply Chain / Business / Accounting.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills and proactive contribution to customer presentations.
- Experience in managing and executing CI projects in a dynamic environment.
- Cross-functional team player with effective operation within a matrix structure.
- Flexible, innovative problem solver.
- Exposure to ERP / SC systems (SAP) and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel).
- Potential and desire to build a career within supply chain.
- Ability to adapt in a complex, fast-paced, and changing environment.
