You will be responsible for performing various assembly tasks, operating machinery, and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role requires both on-site presence for operational tasks and occasional remote administrative duties, offering a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations according to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Inspect components and finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
