Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Production Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing and production processes at the Paarl facility. You will lead a dedicated production team, drive process improvements, and ensure targets are met while maintaining safety and cost controls.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing operations management, lean principles, and experience with MES and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar operational role within manufacturing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with MES and ERP software.
