You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the production line, implementing process improvements, and ensuring a safe working environment. This hybrid role offers a balance between on-site operational leadership and strategic planning, contributing significantly to the company's manufacturing output and continuous improvement initiatives within the production facility .

Key Responsibilities
