Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills to measure efficiency and track production targets.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities to align with established weekly and monthly schedules, while actively contributing to the long-term production planning process.
• Supervise staff attendance, scheduling, and shift punctuality to ensure manufacturing lines consistently start and conclude on time.
• Maximize throughput and team productivity by systematically identifying and executing continuous improvement opportunities.
• Uphold rigorous quality and compliance standards across all operational processes to guarantee product integrity.
• Track actual versus standard labor hours per unit while actively managing and minimizing the overtime percentage.
• Standardize shift handovers by ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of logs, line status verifications, and issue escalations.
• Monitor and minimize unplanned downtime resulting from equipment failures, supply chain stockouts, or staffing constraints.
