Job Description

About the Role

  • Are you passionate about admin, spreadsheets, and working in a high-energy production environment? We're looking for a dynamic Business Unit Coordinator with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the SHEQ Manager to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety protocols
  • Manage the movement of raw materials and finished goods into and out of the department
  • Conduct weekly stock takes of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
  • Perform material reconciliations and capture data into SAP
  • Update daily efficiency schedules
  • Maintain weekly staffing plans, training records, and wage schedules
  • Provide general administrative support to the Production Manager
  • Update registers for NCQRs and CFARs and monitor trends
  • Follow up on DRM actions and submit trial and ISIR requests
  • Assist with staff-related and general queries
  • Assist with stock take

Requirements

  • National Diploma required; Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Background in manufacturing or FMCG environment advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills essential
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High energy and a team-player mindset
