The Role
Manage all manufacturing-related resources to achieve budgeted/forecast outputs.
Manage and control all budgets, capital expenditure, and continuous improvement projects.
Ensure that all manufacturing operations comply with and operate within the quality frameworks as well as any other specific regulations.
Implement systems and procedures in production as required by new processes, equipment, and regulations and ensure that the current systems and procedures are followed and maintained.
Ensure that all facilities comply with and operate within the required OHSE regulations.
Create, develop, and lead a culture of Manufacturing Excellence within the company.
Oversee and/or assist with introducing/transferring new processes and technologies into the various processing areas and ensure that all staff are appropriately trained to run these processes.
Lead/assist with/oversee all incident investigations and/or process non-conformances which occur within the manufacturing facilities.
