Job summary

Job description

In this role, you will manage production operations by overseeing production planning, leading large teams, and improving productivity, quality and cost performance. You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met. Experience with lean manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing, TPM, BOMs and ERP/MRP systems will be essential to your success.

To be considered, candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Operations Management or Engineering. This role also requires 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years at management level. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills will be advantageous.
