Main purpose of the job :
Manage all operations within the production facility by planning, directing, and coordinating daily activities. Formulate and implement policies, manage the utilization of plant equipment, raw materials, and human resources. Ensure all products are produced safely, meeting high-quality standards and customer specifications.
Preferred Minimum Requirements :
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification: Food Technology / Production Management / Supply Chain Management / Finance / Engineering / Quality
- Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
