RPO Recruitment is partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company based in Cape Town to find a dedicated and experienced Production Manager. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations and ensuring the efficient manufacturing of food products.

In this role, you will manage a team of production staff, monitor production processes, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the production operations
• Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans
