Job description

Duties

• Ensure the coating and lining manufacturing process meets the required customer specifications
• Ensure effective and efficient process set up of coating and lining operations
• Formulate, implement, inspect, document and monitor systems for operational effectiveness
• Installation of process improvements
• Problem solving
• Monitor waste control
• Ensure compliance to Health & Safety standards

Requirements

• Qualification in Chemical / Polymer Science
• Minimum of 5 years experience a manufacturing / engineering environment with anti-corrosive application and specifications
• Knowledge of FBE, cohesive coting and HDE coating application and specifications
• NACE corrosion / SAIW coating certification
• Must be willing to work shifts
