KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Manage production team
• Ensure compliance with contractual quality and quantity KPIs
• Ensure compliance with Company and Client safety standards
• Maintain effective administration and control procedures to meet performance objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
• Manage stock control
• Monitor and record all aspects of processes and ongoing projects, providing detailed reports
• Manage resources effectively to meet performance objectives
• Deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction
• Conduct client feedback meetings and reporting
• Compile monthly plant reports and participate in client meetings
• Monitor plant health and proactively intervene to ensure optimal plant availability
• Report effectively to the operations manager
• Represent the company legally on site

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Qualifications: BSc Chem Eng or S4 Chem Eng diploma
• 5+ years experience in advanced water treatment
• Experience with softening, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis
• Understanding of plant health and water treatment asset management
• Relevant management experience
• Proven track record of satisfactory performance
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, database, PowerPoint, email
