Main Duties

1. Strategic Planning / Production Scheduling
2. Resource Allocation - Manpower, Materials & Equipment
3. Compliance - with BCEA, workplace safety
4. Continuous Improvement - lean manufacturing methods
5. Inventory Stock Control
6. Inventory Optimization
7. Supplier Engagement - engage with suppliers
8. Risk Mitigation - stock levels

Knowledge of MS Office for tracking projects, analyzing data, and reporting.

Knowledge of CAD software for reviewing production plans.
