Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily production planning and execution to meet targets and quality standards Lead and manage factory teams, including supervisors, machine operators, and general staff Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost control, and operational efficiency Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and quality teams to align production goals Monitor equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and downtime tracking Analyse production data and report on KPIs, output, and labour performance Manage resource allocation and capacity planning Requirements : Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset Knowledge of production software systems and reporting tools A qualification in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field is advantageous This is the perfect opportunity for a decisive leader who understands what it takes to run a tight, efficient, and high-performing factory.
