About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Production Manager to inspire positive change and drive efficiency in our manufacturing operations. You will manage a vibrant team, transform large‑scale production processes, innovate, mentor and excel.

Responsibilities

Manage the strategic direction of the manufacturing function and maximise day‑to‑day operational performance.

Provide ongoing development and career planning for employees.

Provide a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

Manage large manufacturing operations, driving performance and efficiency.

Establish a continuous improvement culture to sustain gains in OEE, waste, cost, quality and customer service targets.

Ensure the manufacturing team achieve all quality standards in line with global compliance.

Drive budgetary control through manufacturing efficiencies.

Assess factory performance targets continually.

Develop manufacturing teams, focusing on succession planning and talent pipeline.

Create an engaging environment that challenges status quo and improves working relationships.

Ensure compliance on manufacturing execution systems.

Effective communicator with strong problem‑solving skills.

The experience we're looking for

BA / BSc / BEng in any degree discipline.

2-6 years' experience in a similar role.

High technical, engineering or operational experience gained in FMCG or Pharmaceutical.

Operation excellence standards implementation with proven improvement results.

Excellent overview of supply chain issues, including upstream and downstream.

Financial and commercial acumen when identifying business issues / opportunities.

Fluent in English; ability to travel and / or relocate internationally.

People Management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience running an operations daily management system in AM and PM.

Breakdown elimination experience with a proven track record.

SAP system knowledge and navigation training.

Leadership of AM and / or PM systems implementation.

Leader of a production line.

Budget management experience.

Use of problem‑solving tools to eliminate losses on the production line.

Lead a project in operations.
