Production Manager

Production Manager position available in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

• Production management / factory management experience.
• Any exposure to building / related sector highly advantageous.

Experience:

• Planning and scheduling – implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Quality control – establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards.
• Resource management – managing resources, including materials, equipment and personnel, to optimise production efficiency.
• Team leadership – motivating and supervising production staff to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Problem-solving – identifying and resolving production issues promptly and effectively.
• Equipment maintenance – regular production equipment checks to prevent major issues.
• To maintain good housekeeping – prioritize regular cleaning and ensure proper storage of materials and equipment.

Salary: R28 500 per month commensurate with qualification and experience.
