Position: Production Manager

The Production Manager, reporting to the Plant Director, will oversee the entire production process, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost efficiency.

1. Manage and supervise the production process and workforce, including skill development and training in coordination with HR.
2. Organize production resources and define requirements.
3. Monitor production processes, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure quality standards and control programs are implemented.
4. Achieve plant targets related to safety, quality, service, and efficiency, collaborating with departments like HSE, quality, logistics, engineering, maintenance, HR, and finance.
5. Lead or support the Autonomous Management or Workplace Organization pillars within the World Class Manufacturing framework.
6. Coordinate maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
7. Motivate and supervise the production team, fostering a productive work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Engineering degree with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing roles.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with production management tools and methodologies, including problem-solving, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and reporting.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental standards, and core production processes like metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection, and automation.
• Understanding of cost, performance accounting, and continuous improvement techniques.
• Excellent analytical, planning, decision-making, and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
