Production Manager

• Must have a minimum of 5 years Production experience within the Automotive Manufacturing or Metal Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years must be in a Production Management capacity
• Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Engineering | Production Management or related field is required
• Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced and SYSPRO will be advantageous
• Effective Communication, Assertiveness and Meeting Management essential
• Strong knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing Techniques
• Experienced in Staff Management | Training and Development | Human Resource Development | Problem Solving
• Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
• Must be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request

Salary Structure :

• Basic Salary of R 60 000, negotiable based on experience
