Join a Successful Automotive Component Manufacturer as a Production Manager

We are seeking a qualified Production Manager to join a reputable automotive component manufacturing company.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of production experience within the automotive manufacturing or metal industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Managerial experience in a unionized environment with a proven track record of managing a large staff.
• Minimum NQF Level 6 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a National Diploma in Production Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management systems.
• Ability to drive problem-solving initiatives using PDCA, DMAIC, 8D, and A3 methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license and own transport.
• Contactable references and payslips available upon request.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary of R 60,000, negotiable based on experience.
• Benefits include medical aid and provident fund.
