Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate practical training sessions for students enrolled in our furniture manufacturing programme, covering key disciplines such as:
o Upholstery techniques
o Frame construction
o Use and maintenance of relevant tools and machinery
• Monitor inventory of materials and consumables, manage purchasing, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards within the workshop.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing and design, with hands-on experience in custom work.
• Proficient in furniture construction, upholstery, pattern making, and workshop tools.
• Experience mentoring or training others in a practical workshop environment (bonus if with students or apprentices).
• Skilled in interpreting design drawings and translating them into production-ready formats.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is an advantage.
• A genuine passion for furniture design and a commitment to sharing knowledge and uplifting others in the craft.

What We Offer:
• A creative and collaborative environment where craftsmanship and innovation thrive.
• The chance to shape and mentor young talent through our in-house training programme.
• A leadership role with room for growth in a business that’s evolving towards world-class excellence.
• Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
