Placements24 is seeking a proactive Production Line Lead for a Welkom manufacturing site. You will oversee a production line, supervise operators, ensure schedules, quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to 5S and quality standards. On-site position with potential for overtime and skills development in a reputable Free State facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor on a production line.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
