A manufacturing company based in Centurion is seeking a Production Foreman to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The role involves managing teams, monitoring production targets, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The position also requires close collaboration with various departments to optimise resources and achieve operational goals.

Minimum requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
• MBA or other advanced business / management qualifications (preferred)
• PMP Certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma
• Proven track record of managing large production teams and meeting operational KPIs
