Duties & Responsibilities

Job Title: Production Foreman

Geographical area: Germiston, Gauteng

Salary range: R .00 - R .00 Basic salary benefits

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Schedule and supervise production workers
2. Inspect finished product
3. Maintain production records
4. Optimize production processes
5. Conduct safety briefings
6. Train new staff and provide continuous training and support
7. Labor relations

Minimum qualifications and experience:

1. Matric
2. Diploma in Production Management / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
3. 3-5 years experience in Production Management
