Introduction: Are you an experienced Production Engineering Technician looking for a new challenge?

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering top-tier production engineering services to meet our customer's needs and ensure the efficient and productive manufacture of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze customer requirements and determine the most suitable processes and methods.
  2. Investigate and propose solutions, prepare detailed CAPEX, and coordinate the purchase of equipment.
  3. Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) on new and existing processes.
  4. Establish and document improved methods, processes, and control plans to enhance productivity.
  5. Manage engineering projects, providing solutions to any technical challenges.
  6. Oversee the acquisition, commissioning, and performance of tooling, plant, and equipment.
  7. Implement new product designs, materials, and quality/productivity improvement programs.
  8. Participate in training initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design and Project Management.
