Hire Resolve is currently assisting our client in the stainless steel manufacturing industry in their search for a talented Production Engineer. If you have a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring seamless production execution, this role might be perfect for you. We’re seeking a candidate who can spearhead efficiency initiatives, thrive in dynamic environments, and excel in process improvement.

Leadership, judgment, management, and business acumen are essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and continuously improve production processes
• Adhere to QCDSM framework (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Safety, Moral)
• Ensure business KPA’s and KPI’s are met
• Oversee three shift production teams
• Ensure safety and quality compliance within the team
• Execute all production-related activities cost-effectively
• Report, analyze, and monitor production processes and product quality
• Recommend improved processes based on trials
• Ensure implementation of corrective actions

Requirements

• BEng (preferably in Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing processes, SHE, and quality procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of Cold Products systems and equipment (advantageous)
• Physical fitness to work in Cold Products area (stainless steel production lines)
