Qualifications

• Reside in the Helderberg area.
• Maths and Accounting completed at school level.
• Diploma or relevant qualification with Accounting advantageous.
• Solid experience in accounting and production planning.
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Pastel Evolution experience advantageous.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cashbooks and financial records for a portfolio of companies and trusts.
• Prepare VAT information and assist with statutory submissions.
• Support auditors during the annual audit process.
• Review and complete supplier credit agreements.
• Prepare financial reports and information for banks, creditors and Directors.
• Maintain product codes and weekly production planning schedules.
• Manage production costing spreadsheets and cost estimates.
• Ensure production and costing information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist the Financial Director and Production Costing Director with financial and production-related duties.
