Production Cost And Programming Manager

This role combines technical expertise with operational and office management responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in cost analysis, project scheduling, and workflow optimization while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

The ideal candidate will excel in using tools like MS Project and Excel to manage production schedules and data-driven decisions while ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all office operations and administrative tasks.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Deal with various suppliers and run payments accordingly.
4. Conduct detailed cost analysis to enhance production efficiency.
5. Use MS Project to create and manage project schedules and resource allocation.
6. Leverage advanced Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting on production metrics.
7. Oversee general office management tasks, including administrative duties, record-keeping, and supplier coordination.
8. Ensure compliance with Bargaining Council requirements and basic HR functions such as leave management and payroll processing.
9. Monitor and optimize operational workflows to meet deadlines and budgets.
10. Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate production and office needs.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in cost analysis, project management, and office operations, ideally within manufacturing or construction.
2. Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling and resource planning (essential).
3. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling).
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Minimum of 5 years in a relevant operational or managerial role.
6. Familiarity with Bargaining Council agreements (advantageous).

Salary:

R20 - R25 CTC
