Production Coordinator

POSITION INFO: Job Role:

• The production coordinator will supervise the production staff, ensuring all activities align with the company's standards for quality and efficiency.
• This role is largely administrative, requiring meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate data capture on Sage Evolution and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with individuals at all levels and proactively communicating potential issues to management to ensure seamless production operations.
• The candidate must be very computer literate and ideally have experience in a similar production environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matric, tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Above average proficiency in Sage Evolution, Excel and Word.
• Prior experience in a production coordination or a similar administrative role within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Supervisory skills to manage the production team effectively.
• Own transport with valid driver's license.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
