Brief Role Description
The role involves conceptualizing, developing, and implementing after-sales campaigns and promotions to enhance dealer throughput and achieve genuine parts sales objectives.
Responsibilities include developing business cases for campaigns, supporting projects within the ONE. After Sales division, conducting market research, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Design and execute after-sales campaigns to boost dealer throughput and sales of genuine parts.
- Create and present business cases for campaigns to management and finance teams.
- Support projects related to Own Workshop and Over the Counter channels within ONE. After Sales.
- Perform market analysis and research as needed.
- Assist in strategic projects within the business unit.
- Draft marketing briefs and coordinate with marketing communications, creative, and media agencies.
- Analyze Homogenous Parts Groups (HPGs) to identify declining parts for targeted campaigns.
- Monitor dealer performance and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Engage with dealers to gather market insights and generate new campaign ideas.
- Handle dealer queries related to product management.
- Coordinate dealer parts incentive programs, including target setting and incentives.
- Conduct dealer workshops to inform about campaigns and promotions.
- Support the Field Force Team with campaign and performance data.
- Develop programs to improve customer loyalty and retention.
- Assist with departmental activities like Bulk Deals and Save a Car/Job campaigns.
Qualification requirements
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Science, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience needed
- Minimum 3 years in sales, after-sales, dealer operations, campaigns/promotions, or marketing.
Essentials
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Incentive management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of OEM/importer and dealer after-sales operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication, conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Design thinking, self-starter attitude, and team orientation.
- Understanding of sales, marketing, customer loyalty, and retention strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure with a focus on quality.
- Data-driven planning, result orientation, and commercial acumen.
