What you'll be doing?

• Keeping technical documents and systems clean, accurate, and audit-ready
• Managing supplier and retailer technical information
• Coordinating product testing with labs
• Supporting product quality reviews and tastings
• Assisting with food safety, compliance, and audit processes

What we're looking for?

• Qualification in Food Science / Food Technology (or similar)
• Strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable working with systems and data
• Proactive, reliable, and not afraid to follow up
• Driver’s license and own, reliable transport a necessity
