A fast-growing, award-winning Financial Analytics Software Development Company is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join their team.

What are they looking for?

The Product Support Specialist will provide ongoing support to existing customers of the company's software.

Typical customers are primarily accounting practices in English-speaking markets.

Experience
  • 1-2 years (Graduates / Junior Professionals)
  • Degree in Finance / Engineering / Technology (Essential)
  • Graduates with Finance / Logistics / Engineering / Insurance degrees are strongly considered (Clients' preferred universities: Wits, Stellenbosch, UCT, University of Pretoria) - Essential
  • Willing to work USA or APAC time zones (Candidates' preference)
  • Fluent speaking
  • 60%+ Matric Mathematics (Essential)
  • 60% final year results
Your Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time and detailed support to local and international customers via chat and short video calls.
  • Assist the implementation team with customer implementations.
  • Help customers find answers to successfully use the software platform.

Hours and Teams

The client’s customer base operates across different time zones, requiring alternative working hours:

  • Afternoon and evenings — North America: 2 PM - 11 PM
  • Morning and afternoon — APAC: 3 days at 4 am - 1 pm, and 2 days at 5 am - 2 pm
