Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Secure Email Administration: System implementation, maintenance, and support for diverse platforms (desktop and mobile) and user requirements.
  2. Secure Messaging Administration: System implementation, maintenance, and support across various platforms and user needs.
  3. Network Maintenance and Administration: Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure smooth network operations, including managing, configuring, and monitoring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  4. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve system and product issues efficiently, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions.
  5. Security Management: Implement and manage security measures such as configuring products, firewalls, managing access controls, and conducting security audits to safeguard data and infrastructure.
  6. Technical Support and Guidance: Provide support to users facing networking issues, including troubleshooting or guiding through resolution steps.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of configurations, procedures, and changes; prepare status, incident, and performance reports for stakeholders.
  8. Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and service management.

  1. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ICT technologies including Email, Messaging, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and networking protocols.

Qualifications

  4. Knowledge of Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS.
  5. Knowledge of Hardware and Software: Handling server/network equipment and monitoring tools.
