Job Responsibilities
- Secure Email Administration: System implementation, maintenance, and support for diverse platforms (desktop and mobile) and user requirements.
- Secure Messaging Administration: System implementation, maintenance, and support across various platforms and user needs.
- Network Maintenance and Administration: Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure smooth network operations, including managing, configuring, and monitoring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve system and product issues efficiently, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security measures such as configuring products, firewalls, managing access controls, and conducting security audits to safeguard data and infrastructure.
- Technical Support and Guidance: Provide support to users facing networking issues, including troubleshooting or guiding through resolution steps.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of configurations, procedures, and changes; prepare status, incident, and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and service management.
Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ICT technologies including Email, Messaging, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and networking protocols.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot network issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to interact with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical personnel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong abilities to analyze ICT issues, understand complex networks, and anticipate potential problems.

Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA Security+, etc.
- Experience: Prior experience in desktop and network support, administration, or related roles.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems: Familiarity with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS.
- Knowledge of Hardware and Software: Handling server/network equipment and monitoring tools.
