Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for shop visits in South Africa.
- Event support to dealer shops.
- Daily NPS supervision.
- Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and related cost budgets. Monitor sales channel situation, and analyze key product and regional sales data.
- Participate in market research and product testing to collect feedback for product optimization.
- Engage in brand and product marketing activities to align with market objectives.
- Assist in developing and establishing service channels to enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather and report sales policies and market risk information.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills: Familiar with sales channel development, dealer shop operations, proficient in Office software, and possess vehicle driving skills.
- Educational background: Bachelor degree or higher.
- Language skills: Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Professional background: Open to all; degrees in International Economics and Trade, Marketing, Mechanical fields are preferred.
