What you'll achieve
As an Outside Sales Workforce Product Specialist, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell's products and services. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting accounts, including product account planning, sales forecasting, and facilitating organizational alignment in cross-functional virtual teams.
- Gaining access to and managing relationships with senior decision makers and technical personnel.
- Engaging with customers and sales teams on moderate to high complexity opportunities and collaborating with different functions to deliver outcomes.
- Providing insight and subject matter expertise concerning the applicability of specific products and services, researching industry trends, and presenting the value of our solutions.
- Evangelizing Dell's perspective on the Modern Workplace—transforming work and innovating anywhere.
- Uncovering operational challenges within the customer's environment and positioning relevant Dell workforce solutions and services.

Essential Requirements
- Expertise in Client Workforce Transformation solution design, architecture, and customer conversations, with good knowledge of technical products, vendors, and technologies.
- Ability to position Dell Technologies' portfolio against competitors.
- Strong communication skills with customers, support personnel, and executives.
- Outcome-oriented with the ability to build TCO value propositions and communicate Dell's unique value.
- Creative thinking and opportunity identification skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 to 8 years of related field sales experience in a relationship selling role.
