Job Description

The Product Specialist is responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies to attain sales volume and customer growth for the assigned therapies: Clinical Nutrition (70%) and Anaesthesia (30%).

Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. Achieve revenue sales and targets for the assigned therapies within the designated geographical or business area.
  2. Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers, building and developing long-term professional relationships.
  3. Prepare, implement, and review targeted account plans aligned with the company's commercial policies.
  4. Plan and prepare for each customer visit and record outcomes on the CRM portal.
  5. Propose and provide appropriate solutions to customers to maximize opportunities for both the customer and the company.
  6. Maintain presence in all existing and target customers.
  7. Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions as per SOP.
  8. Continuously assess the market for new customers, opportunities, and risks.
  9. Present product advantages to clients.
  10. Organize and distribute promotional materials in line with marketing strategies.
  11. Participate in congresses and customer events, as well as organize company-hosted events as per territory requirements.
  12. Provide customer training and support as needed.
  13. Collaborate closely with sales and support teams within the organization.
  14. Willingness to travel within the territory, including frequent daily and country trips, as well as nationally and internationally.

Requirements

Education / Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Dietetics is a strong advantage.
  2. A scientific, medical, or para-medical degree with a strong scientific background is preferable.
  3. Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical industries.
  4. Existing relationships with Dietitians and Anaesthesiologists in the territory are advantageous.
  5. Strong computer literacy skills.
