Are You Someone Who Can

1. Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
2. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
3. Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members.
4. Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
5. Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress.
6. Implement and maintain sound business processes that minimise risk and deliver quality requirements specifications.
7. Initiate and manage product research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.
8. Explore local and international markets for new products and trademarks in order to expand and strengthen the business' market position.
9. Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes and services.
10. Manage own development to increase own competencies.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You

1. Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Must have 2 - 5 years of experience (Sales Growth, Marketing and Solutions).
3. Financial industry experience is an advantage.
4. Must have Credit Card experience / role before.
5. Product knowledge and Product development knowledge.
6. Must have strong analytical skills.
7. Understand the purpose of Product management.
