Purpose of Role: As a product specialist, you will interact with internal and external customers and suppliers daily. You will leverage your technical expertise and commercial acumen to support the ESCO sales team and our customers, positioning ourselves as Trusted Technical Advisors. Your on-site presence at fabricators, managing capital projects through manufacturing and commissioning, provides a comprehensive engineering experience from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical support of sales team:
   • Product selection, implementation, and troubleshooting support.
   • Delivering technical presentations to customers to support market share growth.
2. Fabrication project management:
   • Quoting and managing internal processes related to projects.
   • Managing fabrication suppliers, including selection, lead times, technical support, quality, and project sign-off.
   • Handling logistics and commissioning of projects.
3. Product training and implementation: Conducting training and supporting new product integration.
4. Warranty support: Providing technical support for fabrication project warranties.
5. International liaison: Collaborating with global design engineering teams and local sales teams.
6. Safety: Demonstrating commitment to zero harm and promoting a world-class safety culture.
