Job Description: Product Owner

Communicate the product vision and strategy clearly to stakeholders and the development team.

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals.

Lead and motivate the Scrum team to achieve product objectives.

Ensure the product backlog is well-defined, transparent, and understood by all team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Strategy
  • Define and maintain a product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure the product complies with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Backlog and Sprint Management
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
  • Align backlog priorities with customer expectations and organizational goals.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings and reviews to guide development efforts.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria.
  • Balance stakeholder demands with technical feasibility to prioritize high-value features.
  • Continuously gather feedback to refine the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Define and review testing requirements, scenarios, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high product quality and reliability.
  • Evaluate team output and provide feedback for improvement.
