Pep, South Africa’s largest single brand retailer, seeks a Finance Solutions Product Owner to lead the execution of a finance product vision within an agile team. You will help maximize value delivery while ensuring fiscal integrity, scalability and automated accuracy across financial processes.

As the strategic liaison, you will align solution objectives with broader financial goals, driving new system development and providing knowledge transfer to stakeholders and teams.

Purpose of the job

As a Finance Solutions Product Owner, and a member of the agile team, you are responsible for the execution of a finance product vision and delivery aligned with evolving customer and business needs. As the Product Owner, you play a crucial role in maximizing the economic value delivered by the team.

Acting as a strategic liaison, this role facilitates communication and determines solution objectives that align with broader organizational financial goals. The Product Owner will ensure that the right value-driven solutions are built whilst maintaining the highest standards of fiscal integrity, scalability, and automated accuracy.
