Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a capable Product Owner/Delivery Lead to own the delivery of key product features from concept through production in a fast-paced insurance/financial services setting.

The role requires coordinating a small development team, gathering and refining requirements, and ensuring quality through QA testing and release readiness assessments. You will work with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within Insurance or Financial Services.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Product Owner, Project Lead, Delivery Lead, Team Lead, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience in product delivery, business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate software development projects.
• Experience writing clear requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with QA testing and release readiness assessments.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
