AB Inbev Africa recherche un 'Project Owner' pour transformer les technologies commerciales dans la région Afrique. The Project Owner will be accountable for : Transforming how we engage with our customers by building the best commercial system integration across the Africa Zone; Responsible for delivering and supporting the commercial ecosystem of products across Africa; Lead the development teams to build the appropriate enhancements and interfaces to enable all required commercial capabilities; Lead the strategy and execution of all tech investments related to commercial in the Africa Zone; Partner with the business to enable the Digital Transformation of the markets that we operate in.Key Roles and Responsibilities : Lead the technical team to deliver products that meet business requirements by working closely with customers, stakeholders and global teams.Supporting deployment and CAB processes for successful system upgrades.Support SAP enhancements which enable improved business processesEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Work closely with the scrum master, scrum team, and external customers and stakeholders to deliver technology products that our customers love and that create value for our business.Manage multiple projects by ensuring clear delegation of duties and effective communication.Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Work with the technical development and operations team to improve and enhance commercial products.Define training methodologies and roll out strategies.Support the business throughout the change process.Define project KPIs and track for improvement.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and performing requirements analysis.

Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Owning the technical documentation quality of the team.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.Performing user acceptance testing.Key Attributes and Competencies : Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum with a proven track record of deliveryBusiness Analysis skillsRequirement documentation and elicitationProven track record delivering projects within agreed timelinesWell-articulated and structured communication skills is a mandate as the person will be pivotal in communicating with business from across the globe and development team.Understanding of ABInBev commercial principlesRetains the pulse of domain or business area by remaining connected to various stakeholder groups.Demonstrable problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complexity and ambiguityMinimum Requirements : Sound SAP SD understanding (formal qualifications beneficial)Experience in commercial operations in the SAB businessTechnology related B Degree or business-related qualification is beneficialSound knowledge of DevOps / CAB processes and Agile methodologyAdditional Information : Band : VISAB / ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with SAB / ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirementsThe advert has minimum requirements listed.
