As a growing establishment known for our vibrant atmosphere and commitment to quality, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters / Waitresses and Bartenders to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.
• Ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience and assist with any special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials, to make recommendations to customers.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service at the bar, ensuring guests are attended to in a timely and friendly manner.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of cocktail recipes and new trends in the industry.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, bartending, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (bartenders).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry heavy trays.
